Choose the material before comparing delivery quotes
For road base, send the required aggregate specification and say whether recycled material is permitted. Recycled road base is another sourcing option when the project allows it. Confirm the available product against your requirements before accepting a substitution; a product name alone does not establish that it meets a particular specification.
For gravel or sand, include the size or product description the job calls for. Material intended for drainage, bedding, or a finished surface may have different requirements. Share any documentation needs before booking. We can check the source and quote the requested product without treating all rock or all sand as interchangeable.

- Fill dirt run through a screen so the rock and debris are out of it and it places more evenly than raw fill.

- Crushed aggregate base, commonly specified as Class 2 aggregate base, sized and graded to compact into a load-bearing section.

- Description
- Crushed miscellaneous base: concrete and asphalt broken out, crushed, and screened back into a base product.

Prepare your jobsite for the first delivery
Provide the full delivery address and the entrance the truck should use. Explain gate restrictions, the approach, available staging space, and the intended unloading location. Have a receiving contact available to direct the driver. If access is uncertain, discuss it before scheduling so the delivery plan can be confirmed.
For several loads, tell dispatch how quickly your crew can clear the drop area and when the next material is needed. If the job calls for base followed by sand or another product, specify the sequence. Your crew handles placement and compaction; the delivery schedule should leave it room to work between loads.
Quarries and recycle plants have their own operating hours. Early, weekend, or other specific delivery windows depend on both source and trucking availability. - What is the difference between road base and recycled road base?
- Road base and recycled road base come from different source materials. Recycled base uses processed concrete and asphalt. Which product you can use depends on your project specification. Send the requirement so we can check what a source can supply before you order.
- How much material fits in a Super 10?
- The amount depends on the material and its weight, so there is no single cubic-yard figure for every delivery. Send the quantity with its units and the product specification. Dispatch can discuss the planned loads and delivery spacing for your order.
- Is there a minimum order?
- We quote one load the same way we quote a hundred. Call with the material and the quantity and you get a per-load number either way.
- Can you deliver outside normal hours?
- Often, yes. Quarries, pits, and recycle plants have their own hours, so off-hours delivery depends on the source as much as on us. Tell us the window you need and we will tell you straight whether the material can be pulled for it.
- Do you quote the material and the trucking separately?
- No. We broker the material and run the trucks, so you get one per-load number that covers both. One team, one invoice, and nothing to reconcile between a supplier and a hauler.
