Privacy policy
The short version: we only collect what you type into our forms, we use it to quote and schedule your job, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you request a quote or send an inquiry we collect the name, phone number, and email you provide, along with the job details you describe (material, yardage, jobsite, timeline). We use this only to respond to your request and schedule work.
Who processes it
We use a small set of service providers to run the site. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:
Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.)
Error monitoring. When something breaks on the site we receive a technical error report. If you recently submitted a form, the report may include the name, email, and phone number you entered so we can tell who was affected.
Better Stack (Better Stack, Inc.)
Uptime monitoring and application logs. Our form-submission log lines include the name and email you entered so we can trace a failed submission.
Resend
Transactional email. Delivers your quote request and inquiry details to our yard inbox, plus your confirmation email.
Vercel
Hosting and privacy-friendly website analytics (page views, no advertising cookies).
